Please join the Trustees of the Florence Museum for an evening of fun and refreshments. Brunswick Stew, Hors d’Oeuvres, & Oysters catered by Ben Moise will be provided. There will also be bluegrass music by Borrowed Time. Tickets are $65 per person for non museum members, and $50 per person for museum members. Each ticket also includes 2 complimentary drinks.
Funds from the Annual Oyster Roast are used to assist the museum in properly maintaining the collections through conservation and restoration. These artifacts are then used to tell the story of Florence County and the Pee Dee Region.
Additionally, proceeds from the Oyster Roast are used to help support educational programming with hands on activities for students in both summer camps and miscellaneous school programs and projects.
